Associate Professor, Ophthalmology and Microbiology

Dr. Fong earned a doctorate in physiology and pharmacology from the University of California at San Diego. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in molecular biology at California Institute of Technology.

Regulation of retinal pigment epithelial cells by multiple signals that activate cell surface receptors and the signal transducing molecules known as G proteins
Molecular genetics of retinal pigment epithelial cells by characterization and analysis of specialized genes that are expressed in the pigment epithelium
